DATA+ Rwanda has concluded its R Programming Professional Training, bringing three weekends of practical learning and hands-on data analysis to a successful close.
The training brought together professionals from different sectors who shared a common goal: strengthening their data analysis and programming skills using R.
Over the three weekends, participants took part in intensive practical sessions designed to help them move beyond theory and gain experience applying R Programming to real data analysis tasks. With the commitment of the trainees and continuous support from the DATA+ Rwanda training team, the programme covered a wide range of practical exercises and techniques.

The final weekend ended on a high note, with participants celebrating their progress and achievements throughout the programme. The closing session also featured our usual Menti competition, giving trainees an opportunity to test their knowledge while adding some fun to the final day.
However, the learning does not end with the final training session.
As part of the programme, each participant received a capstone project to work on over the following two weekends. These projects provide an opportunity to apply the skills gained during the training to a practical data-related challenge, with continued support and guidance from the DATA+ Rwanda team.
Successful completion of the capstone project will form part of the requirements for participants to receive their R Programming Professional Training certificates.

We are proud of the commitment shown by all participants throughout the three-weekend programme and look forward to seeing the solutions they develop through their capstone projects.
DATA+ Rwanda continues to provide practical professional training in R Programming, Data Analytics, Python, Power BI, Excel, and other data-related skills for professionals, organisations, and institutions across Rwanda and Africa.
